In order to calm my stresses about moving and saying goodbyes, I have copied onto this blog a list taken from other blogs of 100 foods every omnivore should try at least once in their lifetime. Like most, I love food. I have strange, sometimes unhealthy, habits concerning it, but deep down, I do love it. While stuck in Morocco, I have missed some of my favorites. My stomach is always angry with me here, and I have heard it sing new songs I never thought an organ in my body could sing. It yells, it screams, it's bleedin' Pavarotti at times. Right now, for example, I am laying on my tummy in order to shut the darn thing up, as I am only running on freeze dried coffee at nearly 3pm this Wednesday afternoon. I miss new tastes, and I no longer get that here. Lately I watch food shows and read about food, and that satisfies my appetite somewhat. And now I am posting this list. It's helping a bit. As soon as I get to Europe, I hope to put my new cooking skills to the test, and reunite with some new and favorite foods. Here you go.
The items in bold I have tried. Items crossed out I will never ever consider. Everything else is still up for grabs.
